Joint environmental protection in Qinghai Lake area

　　BEIJING, Aug. 31 -- The Qinghai Lake National Nature Reserve became partners with several institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop the area and better protect the region‘s environment.

　　The joint project is led by the Computer Network Information Center and several other institutes of the academy.

　　Located in the northeastern region of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, Qinghai Lake is the largest inland saltwater lake in the country.
