China, Iran to discuss nuclear issue

China has confirmed Vice Foreign Minister Lv Guozeng will pay a three-day visit to Iran starting on Friday.

Liu Jianchao, FM Spokesman, said, "China and Iran will have discussions on Sino-Iran relations, exchange ideas on Iran nuclear issue, which is probably the most important issue for these talks. They will also talk about how to resolve the issue through negotiation to prevent any bad consequences."
