Hillary Rodham Clinton, Democratic senator of New York said, “Well, I am feeling great personally. It's been a good campaign, I have loved campaigning.”
Meanwhile, in Texas, President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura spoke after voting at a polling station near the family ranch.
George W. Bush said, “Laura and I know it is a privilege to be able to cast our vote and I encourage all Americans to vote today.”
Across much of the United States, new electronic voting machines are in use that many fear might enable fraud. However, the contents and spirit in the mid-term elections remain.
