Liu Biwei, said, "China and the US enjoyed stable and healthy relations last year. Over the past 30 years, bilateral relations have experienced their ups and downs. And now they are maturing year after year. China and the US enjoy good cooperation in all aspects, despite some differences."

The diplomat also said that China is willing to make concerted efforts with the US to promote their constructive and cooperative relations.
