Migrant workers set out on journey home

Gu Wenzhuo, migrant worker from Chezhou, Hubei, said, "I'm very happy, because I can now go home and see my grandparents."
Liu Yinluo and her one-year-old daughter come from Jiangxi province. Though she's tired after days of waiting, she's quite relieved after boarding the train.
Liu Yinluo, migrant worker from Jiangxi, said, "I'm happy that I'm going home for family reunion. The grandparents are also eager to see their granddaughter."
Many others are similarly happy.
A passenger from Hengyang, Hunan said, "I've been waiting for three days. Now I've finally got on a train. I'm so happy I'm going home now."
With train service gradually resuming, over a hundred trains depart from Guangzhou daily, taking more than 200,000 passengers back home.
The migrant workers who have at last managed to get on a train still face a long journey home. Some will also have to take a long-distance bus after get off the train. But it is all worth while, as they can now look forward to reuniting with their families.
