Quality and earthquake proofing must be stressed in the rebuilding of schools and hospitals.
During the earthquake, many national and ethnic culture heritage sites were damaged. The meeting called for the protection of culture heritage and scenic spots as another task of the reconstruction.
Efforts should be made to provide a stable economy, resume production, and ensure a safe environment for survivors.
The meeting said that the post-disaster reconstruction is long-term, hard work, and people must respect nature, laws, and science in the rebuilding process.
