A customer said, "I come from a seaside city. It's good that I can taste the flavor of my hometown food as we can choose different cooking styles here. We can eat whatever we like at low prices in such a clean environment."
Eating has become an art and at the same time, a sort of sport. The buffet is a good example. It offers over a hundred kinds of food. People can work out a custom diet themselves.
Sun Liang has been in the catering industry for more than 20 years. He's witnessed big changes in eating habits.
Sun Liang said, "People used to eat at home when getting together. And they had many fewer kinds of food. Things have changed today. People prefer to get together outside in restaurants even at Spring Festival. And an increasing number of people go to buffets where they can enjoy great freedom and pleasure in eating."
