Panda pair remain a sensation in Taiwan

Not only cuddly, the Pandas are also good at entertaining their audience sometimes putting on a play fight and sometimes standing to greet the visitors up close.

Panda souvenirs proved to be very popular.

Local artists welcomed the arrival of Tuantuan and Yuanyuan in a unique way.

Huang Yuanqing is a 72-year-old music lover who lost his eyesight in an accident. He composed a song for tuantuan and yuanyuan.

After seeing the Pandas people crowd the souvenir section at the zoo. The vendors say they can sell around 150 panda hats per hour.

Officials at the Taipei zoo say the pandas are doing well and have gained one kilogram so far. They will control the number of visitors each day following the new year holiday so people can spend more watching the pair.
