Pork spare ribs
Flour
Corn starch with water
Sugar
Vinegar
Steps:
1 Cut the spare ribs into small pieces.
2 Mix the cooking wine and salt together.
3 Mix the flour with the corn starch mixture, and put the pork pieces into a batter.
