    Ingredients:

    Jumbo shrimp

    Snow peas

    Carrot

    Salt

    Chicken powder

    Sugar

    Cooking wine

    Cornstarch with water

    Spring onion

    Ginger

    Steps:

    1 Peel the jumbo shrimp and remove the insides.

    2 Cut the vegetables into designs.

    3 Boil the shrimp and blanch the vegetables.

    4 Fry some spring onions and ginger.

    5 Return the main ingredients to the pan.

    6 Remove onto a garnished dish when finished.
