    Ingredients:

    Snow peas

    Celery

    Salt pork

    Cantonese sausage

    Carrot

    Ginger

    Garlic

    Spring onion

    Steps:

    1. Slice the meat and vegetables.

    2. Boil the meat and remove.

    3. Fry the meat at 60 degrees and remove.

    4. Fry the vegetables first in a small amount of oil.
