Ingredients:
Porkloin
Garlic
Egg
Salt
Sugar
Soya sauce
Vinegar
Baking powder
Chicken powder
Pepper
Corn starch and water paste
Corn starch
Steps:
1. Cut the pork into five pieces and then into strips. Chop the garlic as well.
2. Marinate the meat with salt, soda powder, sugar and some eggs and mix well.
3. Add some wet corn starch and some dry powder as well.
4. Add oil to the pan.
5. Fry the pork for three minutes, move the porkloin out and drip the oil.
6. Put some chicken powder, sugar, salt, vinegar, garlic, wet corn starch and mix the solution with porkloin.
