    Ingredients:

    Pickled turnips

    Eggs

    Dried shallots

    Spring onion

    Salt

    Chicken powder

    Cooking wine

    Sugar

    Five spices powder

    Steps:

    1. Shred the turnips and the spring onions.

    2. Crack four eggs.

    3. Lightly fry the vegetables for five minutes and put the other ingredients in.

    4. Add the dried shallots.

    5. Mingle the eggs and the fried vegetables together and fry.

    6. Serve in a garnished dish.
