Five suspected terrorists appeared before a Magistrates Court in Nairobi on Tuesday. They were charged in connection with a bomb attack － for which al－Qaeda claimed responsibility － on the Paradise Hotel in Mombasa last November. But the judge said his court did not have the jurisdiction to deal with the case and ordered the five to appear before the High Court on August 7.
