| THAI Halts Flights to Pakistan |

Thai Airways International(THAI)on Monday announced that it had halted all flights heading to Lahore in Pakistan, the Thai News Agency (TNA) said Monday.
The National carrier's interim president Somjainuk Engtrakul was quoted as saying that THAI's last flight would be to Karachi tomorrow (Tuesday 9).
The move is a response to the U.S.-led strikes in Afghanistan, which started early Monday morning.
Somjainuk elaborated that there is no time line when normal schedules would resume.
