| Bush: Diplomatic, Military Battles Against Terrorism Going Well |

U.S. President George W. Bush said at a press conference in Washington Thursday that both the diplomatic and military battles against terrorism are going well.
All of the military missions are being executed "according to plan" and "all is strong and united on the diplomatic front," he said in a statement to reporters at the start of a prime-time news conference.
Bush said that the threat from terrorism is "ongoing" and his government is taking "every possible step" to protect the country from further attacks.
