| Powell Says Post-Taliban Afghan Regime Friendly to All |

Visiting U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said in Islamabad Tuesday that the post-Taliban regime in Afghanistan would be "friendly to all countries including Pakistan."
Addressing a joint press conference with Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf after their meeting here, Powell said,"the post-Taliban government must ensure stability" and be accepted by the world community.
Powell arrived in Pakistan on Monday evening.
