The Olympic Adventure of the Fuwas blazed a new trial in the production of cartoon programs in China.

The chief scriptwriter is Zou Jingzhi. He has written stories for popular TV shows and movies like Emperor Kangxi’s Adventures and Riding Alone for a Thousand Miles. He worked with an expert panel of cartoon scriptwriters, screen writers, cartoonists, and professional authors.

The story begins back in the mists of time and carries on until 2008. Each episode has its own focus. It treats Olympic events, volunteerism, measures to prevent use of performance enhancing drugs - and the Olympic torch.
