Gong Bu Ou Zhu has been the chief director of many celebration galas, but he says this one is different.

Tibet is getting ready for a region-wide celebration to  mark Serf Emancipation Day this Saturday.

Gong Bu Ou Zhu said, "The theme of this gala is about the people. We used to have shows on a certain event or a certain festival. But this gala and this day is for every Tibetan. From darkness to brightness, from poverty to prosperity, our show is an artistic illustration of Tibet’s development over the past fifty years."
