Tibet gets ready for big celebration

Tibet is getting ready for a region-wide celebration to  mark Serf Emancipation Day this Saturday.

The gala is just one of the many celebrations to mark the Serf Emancipation Day. Preparations are also going on at the Potala Square for an official ceremony on Saturday morning. For now, the square is being decorated and closed to the media. The Potala Palace will be witnessing another historic moment in just two days.
