"Practice has proved that the system of regional ethnic autonomy is the best choice to protect the interests of minorities and development of Inner Mongolia. The system has given greater autonomy and has enabled policies to be formed in many fields such as legislation, training of cadres and education," says Prof. Hao Wei, Mininer Mongolia University.
